What this app is

PSLE Writing Coach is a private writing assistant. Your writing is not published or shared with other users.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address (used for login).
• Writing data: essays/sentences you save, and grammar/review results you generate.
• Usage data: basic usage records such as feature usage and costs (if enabled).
• Payments (optional): if you buy a plan or request a refund, we may store payment-related records (e.g. transaction IDs). If you submit a refund request, we may store the contact phone number you provide.

How we use your data

• To provide writing features (saving essays, showing history, tracking mistakes).
• To generate grammar/review feedback and writing ideas.
• To operate billing and prevent abuse (e.g. rate limits), if enabled.

Third-party processing

To generate feedback, your text may be sent to external AI/grammar services configured by the site operator (e.g. OpenAI / DeepSeek / LanguageTool). Payment processing may involve Stripe if enabled. Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) configured by the site operator.

We may use services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure usage and improve our services.

Retention

Saved essays and learning records are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Some caches may expire automatically (e.g. sentence-level cache).

Your choices

• You can delete essays from History.
• You can delete your account from the Profile page (this deletes your associated data).

Service description

This app helps users improve writing by providing grammar checks, essay review suggestions, and learning hints.

Who can use it

If you are under the age required by your local laws to consent to online services, please use this app only with a parent/guardian’s permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use automated scripts to spam requests or bypass rate limits.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

AI outputs and accuracy

AI-generated feedback may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply any suggestions.

Payments (optional)

If paid features are enabled, prices and refund rules are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. The operator may suspend access to protect the service or comply with law.
